We have sought advice from a local arborist who has suggested: - Chestnut (T481): Minimum of road clearance 6-metre lift (roadside) and 4-metres on the drive side. - Yew Tree (no TPO): Overall 20% reduction, 4 metres from the floor with reduction from the building. - Beech Tree (no TPO): Overall uniform 4-metre crown lift. We have scoured the documents from Stockport Council No.16 order 1976 which has a list of the TPO trees in and around our property and cannot confirm that the Horse Chestnut at the front of the property is on that list. We already have granted approval for this T481 Chestnut to be pruned back from over the road (DC/082472)- but would like to confirm that the above proposal meets this requirement.
