I am planning to cut back the trees that run along the border between my property and 19 Wythens Road. I am only planning to cut them back as far as my boundary as they currently overhang well over my front and back gardens. The constant leaves and debris falling from the trees is blocking gutters and causing problems in our garden. The consistent bird droppings are also causing health concerns for my two small children and they are also blocking out a great deal of light from the rear of my property. As we have no trees in our very small garden it seems unfair that we are being adversely affected by trees that don't even belong to us. Similar work has been carried out before by the previous owners of our property and I have consulted the owners of the trees who are happy for me to have the work carried out.
