Description:
My customer has asked me to apply to carry remedial maintenance work to the trees along the rear boundary of his property. The trees are subject to blanket TPO 10E.The work we propose is to remove two x defective trees and reduce the tree line back to the property boundary. The customer does not intend to have these trees 'sided out' and create an eye sore. The work proposed is to sympathetically encourage the trees to grow upwards and not continue to spread any further outwards, overhanging his property. All cuts to be made back to appropriate growing points, collars and ridges retained inline with BS3998:2010. The work is focused on enhancing the amenity value of the tree line and helping it stay in context with its garden boundary location. The trees subject to removal proposal are shown on the map as tree B - Maple - twin stem with weak 'V' type union and tree D - Ash - growing with exaggerated lean resulting in the majority of the canopy growing over the boundary, this tree is growing on the bank of the stream which also raises some concern regarding the structural integrity of the root system. See photos attached.

Description:
To fell 3 trees down to stump (T2, T4, T7) because of excessive shading and low amenity value. Replant with 1 standard ash in the same place. To reduce 3 trees (T1, T5, T6) by approximately half and severe the ivy surrounding them to save the trees. Pollard tree (T3) as it is moving dangerously even in the slightest breeze and is huge! TPO 10E.
