- Description:
- TPO 13/86 Woodland W2We have recently moved into number 16, Ling Drive, Lightwater. We have a large Oak tree to the front of the property which requires some attention. My concern is the amount of deadwood within the tree, a reasonably large branch fell out and landed next to one of my employees whilst he was working beneath. I have had an arboriculturist come round to offer advice and he has recommended a 30% reduction to properly maintain the tree whilst not impacting the health but rather ensuring. I am also concerned with the amount of growth the tree has seen without proper maintenance and being so close to the house, if we have high winds like we did last year large branches falling and hitting the house. I appreciate the tree was long there before and we certainly love the tree, however it is in need of some urgent attention.
