- TPO 126 - Numbered 9 on attached map and in my application. An Ash. There are several stems to this tree and one has started to rot at the base. As per the attached quotation, (where it is numbered T10) the proposal is to 'Remove faulted stem to near ground level'. Since there are several stems to this tree it would appear to be inappropriate to plant new tree since there is no room.Numbered 10 on the attached map and in my application. An Elm. The upper part of this tree hangs over the adjacent public footpath. This upper part has died and has started to shed small branches and twigs. In order to maintain safety for pedestrians the attached quotation, (where it is numbered T11), proposes to 'Reduce to 3-3.5 metres'. This lower section is still alive. Since the tree is not being removed it is not possible to replace it.
