Pre-application advice to extend the current house by 3m at the front in the same roof line, and clad the front façade in vertical dark stained timber. Demolish the current garage and build a 3.1m wide flat roof side extension taking in the full length of the extended house, leaving a 1m spacing at the site boundary. Face of the side extension to be clad in split faced grey stone. All new windows and doors to be anthracite UPVC, with a painted timber front door and glazed side lights. Front door recessed to create entrance porch, with split faced grey stone to reveals. Sides and rear of house and side extension in cementitious white render. All new roof fascias gutters and downpipes in anthracite grey. Open up rear elevation of existing house to W4500 x H3350mm sliding fully glazed patio doors. New slate tiled roof to pitched roof, and grey EPDM roof to side extension. Install roof lights over new kitchen and lounge.
