The tree is a large Ash tree at the front of the property in the centre of the drive next to Gibb Lane. After noticing a number of dead branches and lack of leaves on the tree we had a consultation with SNS tree surgeons. They have confirmed that it is in the late stages of Ash Dieback and the tree is dangerous, diseased, and dying and would need removed as soon as possible. HAR/CA22.
