Description:
URGENT - My cellar has flooded twice with foul water in the last few months (12/09/18 and 08/12/18). Manchester Drain Services Ltd were utilised on both occasions to clear the blockages. On the first occasion the drain was only jet blasted to release the block. On the second occasion, jet blast was undertaken again with a CCTV drainage survey to see if we could find any further issues. From the drainage survey, Manchester Drain Services Ltd confirmed the drainage drop shaft has been damaged due to tree roots from our TPO T10 Lime Tree. Please can you send a representative as soon as possible to review the tree? It is almost certain the tree will have to be removed to correct the drop shaft below the tree (7-10ft below the tree). This needs urgent attention from the council as a further flood is imminent. Many thanks, Lauren JonesReplant required of 1 x Mountain ash planted as a 6-8ft standard in a suitable position within the front garden all works including replanting to be completed within 2 years from the date of this notice TPO 72N, 304W
