Amended specification for clarification: T7 - Common Oak (Report ref T9) west end of line, close to No 1 Norton Place- Remove ivy and bramble from the ground level to 2m; carry out further inspection of stem base using non- invasive sonic tomography; remove deadwood; in addition to Parish Council report, a crown reduction of up to 2.5 metres, cutting to suitable growing points and shaping over to leave natural profile. Reason: for the general health and maintenance of the tree and to mitigate against this tree posing a risk to person or property in the near future because of uncontrolled growth.T8 - Common Oak (Report ref T6) - centre tree of the 3 - fell to ground level as recommended in the report because of the very poor condition of the tree. No re-planting is proposed due to proximity to neighbouring trees .T9 - Common Oak (Report ref T5) - east end of line - Remove all vegetastion from ground level to 2m; carry out further inspection of stem base using non- invasive sonic tomography; remove all deadwood within crown; reduce lateral spread of over-extended lateral emanating at 3.5m to north west, that is overhanging the road; propose cutting this back by approximately 2.5 metres maximum, to bring this in line with the kerb to prevent future risk to drivers or pedestrians.
