T8 - Common Oak (Report ref T6) - centre tree of the 3 - fell to ground level as recommended in the report because of the very poor condition of the tree. No re-planting is proposed due to proximity to neighbouring trees . T9 - Common Oak (Report ref T5) - east end of line - Remove all vegetastion from ground level to 2m; carry out further inspection of stem base using non- invasive sonic tomography; remove all deadwood within crown; reduce lateral spread of over-extended lateral emanating at 3.5m to north west, that is overhanging the road; propose cutting this back by approximately 2.5 metres maximum, to bring this in line with the kerb to prevent future risk to drivers or pedestrians. In addition, a crown reduction of up to 2.5 metres, cutting to suitable growing points and shaping over to leave natural profile.
