Non-material amendment on application 22/4276M: There have been two small windows added to the front elevation of the timber framed extension. These are shown on the drawing submitted. The small windows were added after the work had started as the client realised that the porch space and bathroom required more light. The front door is a solid door and so no other light entered the porch from the front elevation. This is why the client felt it was important to add the small window. The bathroom also had no means of letting in natural light of air other than installing an extractor fan. The bathroom window was installed with opaque glass.
