To further avoid the impact upon the TPO'd woodland, where significant trees which do contribute to the character of the woodland would conflict with the proposed fencing alignment, this has been altered to avoid removals and to minimise impact upon roots and rooting environment, in addition to the submitted arboricultural methodology to further minimise the impact on retained trees by the fencing installation. Proposed planting is not included as the proposed removal of the 17 trees, inessential to the woodland, will be mitigated by natural succession of the existing woodland.
