Reduction in tree branches by removing everything that is growing over my property.The tree has caused damage to the fencing around property.I have a 4 year old child who spends a lot of time in the garden but recently with the wind there have been large branches falling from the trees behind my property and they have caused damage to both items in my garden as well as neighbouring gardens.I have tried numerous times to contact the owners of this land which is Herron Homes as they receive maintenance fees each month from neighbouring streets to maintain this specific piece of land and they are refusing to manage this.I have had ProArb tree surgeon Adam Dinsdale out to assess the trees and he has confirmed a maximum of 30% reduction is needed of the tree that is growing over my property due to the damage and danger it is causing to both the property and residents.
