Cherry Tree - Located in the rear garden of the property- Fell. Reason: It is growing against the back wall which borders the alley way along the rear of the terrace of houses. It overhangs two properties (159 New London Road) and a property fronting on to Queens Street and also the passage way itself. The tree is a distressed condition on the basis that: it is sending out a large number of suckers from the base; the bark is very cracked and it has fungi growing on it. I am concerned that if it dies, which I am advised is likely, that it will impact on my neighbours' property.
