Tpo 299 Is a lone road side oak on Woodham park Way. In the front garden of Oakmead. The Top was put on in 1999 and since the tree has grown significantly. Its lowest two limbs are now in the road and have both been damaged by vehicles. Proposed work is to remove the two lowest damages limbs on the tree growing over the road and then to balance the canopy remove the 2 lower limbs on drive side as well. Estimated 6/7 meter lift on stem which should then allow the remaining canopy to grown above the road and drive with out coursing problems. Also dead wood canopy.
