This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Planning applications
December 2023
- Type:
- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Application refused
- Address:
- Nutshell Salisbury Road To Letton Croft - Access Road Letton Park Pimperne Dorse
- Description:
- T1 - Sycamore - Fell to ground level and replace. Reasons: The tree is causing access issues with the only access to Letton Park. Fire engine access would not be possible. The tree is a twin stem tree and removal of the problematic stem would be excessive and detrimental to the tree. The stem shows visible signs of damage from passing vehicles and the buttress roots are being left exposed due to constant traffic. The tree is in competition with an adjacent Horse chestnut and felling would release this tree. The tree is in close proximity to a dwelling and due to restricted road space traffic is being directed towards the corner of the building. The adjacent power lines are also beginning to become effected. Secondary option is remove the co-dominant stem which is growing into the road and towards the lines if the LPA feels this is acceptable.
