- The proposal is for the extensions and alterations to an existing dwelling. We propose to demolish the existing flat roof extension and bay window to extend out from the original rear wall of the house by 3.42m which is within the 4m allowed under permitted development for detached dwellings. The rear extension is a flat roof construction with a parapet wall.
