Safely dismantle tree and grind out remaining stump - tree appears to be in poor health, with several large wounds and signs of decay, as tree is by the roadside and is leaning over the road, recommend felling of tree for public safety. Tree 2: Beech tree to the left of tree 1 when viewed from the road Reduce tree by up to 3m to suitable branch unions to balance crown once Tree 1 has been removed and to reduce exposure to wind. Tree 3: Beech tree behind tree 1, located at the front of 110 lacey Green. Reduce tree by up to 3m to suitable branch unions to balance crown once Tree 1 has been removed and to reduce exposure to wind. Tree is also very close to touching roof of 110a Lacey Green and a 3m reduction will resolve this before the tree starts doing damage to the property. All work to be carried out to BS:3998. Re-planting not deemed necessary as 2 of 3 trees in group will be retained and the impact on the amenity value of the area as a whole will be minimal.
