Description:
T1-Two oak trees subject to TPO circled in the sketch above: (i) It stands 4 metres south from the southern wall of my house on the east side of the garden and (ii) stands 7 metres from the southern wall of my house on the west side of the garden. I wish to pollard the trunks of both trees to remove sprouting vegetation. I undertake this every 4 years. Additionally, I want to cutback the upper foliage of both trees that has grown significantly since I moved into the house 13-years ago. It is causing excessive shading and making the soil very dry with their demand for water.
