Holly Tree stood in one corner of the garden. Concerns that it was dead and in danger of falling and be a threat to householders, neighbours, school at the rear and the walkway used by students, parents and pedestrians. The Agent mentioned that the tree has >80% die back in its crown and at immediate risk of falling. Peter Pollard advised that a retrospective application would suffice.
