The northern boundary of the rear garden of the property is lined with various types of trees and bushes. In addition the NW corner is dominated by a large Oak tree. These bushes, and trees have grown over the past years since we moved into the property in 1994 and now completely overshadow the rear of the house. They block out most light and almost all sunshine during the summer months. The rear rooms of the house are dark and have to be illuminated by lighting constantly. This request is not to fell these bushes and trees but to thin and cut back to allow more light into the property.TPO:191W
