Description:
The tree with a TPO on our plot caused damage to our neighbours garage during the high winds a few months ago. A large branch fell onto their garage roof. We understand that the tree has a very low bifurcation of the trunk below 2m which makes it susceptible to fracturing during a storm and causing damage to multiple buildings surrounding it. We therefore feel it would be wise to significantly reduce the height of the tree by crown reduction of 15m.
