Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Application withdrawn before a decision was taken
Address:
8 SANDBY GREEN, ELTHAM, LONDON
Description:
Buddleia (Buddleja davidii) - Application to fell this tree for the following reasons: - Tree is on the boundary of our property (No. 8) and our neighbours' at No. 9, and has damaged the boundary fence beyond repair. Please refer to attached photographs. We need to replace this fence and in order to do so we need to cut down this tree. - The tree has grown too large for its location. It is directly beside our kitchen extension and the branches are touching the roof and walls. A buildings survey carried out in April 2017 advised that this tree be removed in order to prevent damage to the foundations and drains of the house. Please refer to section 8.02 of the attached survey.
