*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Address:
7 Spurstow Mews 141 Glandon Drive Cheadle Hulme Cheadl
Description:
There are 4 large horse chestnut trees growing in the front garden of 7-9 Spurstow mews, standing between the building and Beechfield Road - an area approximately 20 feet wide. The trees are about 50-60 feet tall. About 3 months ago the neighbours at 1-6 Spurstow Mews notified us of a root-damage claim from these trees - as a result of which on insurance renewal due shortly our insurer has required us to fell the trees. They have no amenity value, and are not attractive - we do not propose to replace them as the limited space would probably result in the same problem re-occurring, later.see report dc/077312TPO#: 57W - G3
