Description:
We have having a solid roof conservatory built at the rear of our property measuring 7.87m wide x 3m deep. The building work has already started which is why I have completed an application for existing use. This is replacing a lean to conservatory which was previously in its place which was slightly deeper but slightly less wide. It will be a lean to style with the eaves well under 3m tall. The new brick work currently measures 2.06m to the top at the eaves and will just have the roof to be added to this. The side wall to the neighbours at no. 64 will be full height brick and the garage with a parapet wall above is being used for the other side. The front will contain full height glass with white UPVC frames, one set of double doors and one single door. The roof will contain 3 roof lights measuring 580mm x 780mm.
