The tree is located at the rear of 175 Gatley Road, Gatley. I believe it is an lime tree. CONS: HAR/CA12The tree is straddles a shared boundary with the property at the rear of 175 Gatley Road. The occupants of that property are in support of our application. If confirmation of this is required it can be provided. The tree is within 10 metres of our property and is around 15 metres in height. The tree creates excessive shading of our garden at present and offers no public amenity value due to its location. Myself and my partner recently purchased the property and I am concerned of the potential, significant, damage the tree may cause to our property in the event it was to fall during a storm.I am applying in the first instance to have the tree felled.
