Description:
Complete refurbishment of a two-storey house. External Insulation to all outside walls- over clad in vertical cedar boarding at first floor level, with rendered walls under at ground floor. the new extension to the rear will be trimmed in galvanised steel to the sides and over the new bi fold doors with a canopied loggia also in galvanised steel. Return walls to the new extension will be rendered. Roof will be slatted reconstituted decking to the front of bedroom 1 with a planted roof and skylight to the remainder. The roof finish of the main part of the house will remain as existing grey/brown concrete tiles. Existing Rainwater goods replaced with mill finish aluminium. All widows to be replaced to match new aluminium bi folds.
