Description:
Listed Building Consent - Replacement of bedroom and landing floors. Rotten wood wormed floorboards replaced with flooring sheets. The interior walls of both bedrooms which were facing the outside of the building were in poor condition and in order to decorate batons were fixed to the wall and plasterboard attached. A modern older style fireplace was installed to replace a 1960s design which was in poor condition. A modern standard wooden window with double glazed units was installed in the kitchen to replace a broken metal framed 60s/70s window. Removal of a small chimney breast in the kitchen to create a bigger dining area
