New native trees to replace, see belowT13: Lombardy Poplar, Fair condition, extremely close to dwelling, outgrown its situation. New native to replaceT25: Ash, diseased and likely to fail within next 10 years (permission to remove already granted)T27, Lawson Cypress, previous tree work to top this tree is causing sideways growth. Tree looks unbalanced and is taking light from neighbour's property. New tree planting in rear garden to replace T28: Bay, multistem.
