Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
The application is no longer active but no decision was made. Perhaps a split decision
Address:

Description:
Scotts Pine - defined as T2 in Paul Watts - ARBORICULTURAL ASSESSMENT REPORTRemove entirely to ground level and replace with a minimum large standard fastigiate form tree species. The removal of this one tree would have an insignificant impact on the landscape profile of the location and will allow for the start of a phased removal and replacement programme to ensure the maintenance of visual amenity for the long term. It is likely a Planning Inspector would concur with this view should an appeal be required.

Address:
1 Barbon Close Camberley Surrey
Description:
T1- Scotts pine tree to be removed due to included bark where the two stems start at 3 metres and the tree is approximately 22-25 metres giving 19-22 metres above the included bark. This is a lot of weight going towards the house as it is only 6-8 metres away from house. In this case i would not recommend a cobra system as too much weight and being so close to house. If we have a bad winter with lots of snow and wind this could cause fail and if this happens would completely take out the middle of the house. If premission is not granted would you be able to guarantee the tree? and take liability if the tree does later fail due to included bark getting worse. T2- Scotts pine tree to be thinned by 20% and take out any dead wood and crossing branch's. T3-Scotts pine tree to be thinned by 20% and take out any dead wood and crossing branch's.
