We would like to take down a multi-stemmed Sycamore tree which has grown up in the small strip of land behind the garage and the railway boundary, (Please see attached documents). The tree has pushed the rear wall of the garages which is at risk of falling down and in need of repair. We have arranged for a local tree surgeon 'Wood Fellers Ltd' to take down, the tree which is in direct contact with the rear wall of the garages, leaving all of the remaining trees which are over the boundary on network rails land. The trunk will be take down to ground level to allow the rear brick wall to be strengthened and repaired. The tree can only be accessed via the garden of the adjoining property 30 Heathcote Road, through their garden and down behind the garages.
