Address:
4 Church Hill Terrace Church Street Crondall Farnham Surre
Description:
We wish to remove T1 to T7. T1 to T5 are large conifers circa 80ft high that create excessive shading to surrounding properties including Garnham Cottages, Dower Gardens, Dower House, 1 - 6 Church Hill Terrace. All concerned have requested for trees to be felled and we feel it to be neighbourly to support their wishes for removal. T6 is a smaller unidentified tree (photograph attached) that is damaged due to ivy strangulation circa 20ft high and is positioned in an area of our garden which we are in the process of gifting to number 3 Church Hill Terrace in lieu of a charge of right of way at the rear of our properties (by our back door). Which is supported by numbers 3 - 6 Church Hill Terrace. For the avoidance of doubt, numbers 1 - 2 are not cited as their right of way goes in a southerly (opposite) direction. T7 we believe is a sycamore tree circa 80ft high with wide branches that create excessive shading to numbers 1 - 4 Church Hill Terrace and also form part of the gifting of garden area to number 3 Church Hill Terrace. If required, we can replant new trees in positions T1 and T2 and we intend to replant bushes that will grow to circa 12ft in positions T3 - T5. Finally, I would add that due to our neighbour involvement - especially Ian Capon of Number 6 Church Hill Terrace - I understand that Adam Maskell, case officer for 15/12348/CA has actually seen the trees we refer to.
