Planning applications

May 2025 W/25/0177/LB
Type:
Heritage application - conservation issues and listed buildings
Status:
Status not known
Address:
Little Watchbury, 12 High Street, Barford, Warwick,
Description:
When purchased last year, our heritage survey completed on the property highlighted that external structural timbers in the Tudor part of the building had been painted with pvc based gloss paints unlikely to be breathable and in the future should be replaced with a breathable paint. We would like to have a specialist microblasting vendor strip the PVC product enabling us to repaint with the appropriate product and match the eggshell finish, still in black, adopted by our adjoining neigbours. This should allow the timbers to breath.
