- Description:
- This ground has been used continuously as an enclosed garden since the early 1960s following the culverting of the canal. There are no buildings on this land. The aerial photo enclosed from the early 70s shows the garden. Clearly seen is the fence, together with hedges, bushes and other garden features. The fence was in situ when I bought the cottage and ground from Torfaen CBC in 1994.
