Status not known
Address:
4 FRANKLIN PASSAGE, ELTHAM, LONDON,
Description:
T1 - Lawson cypress on rear left hand boundary: - Remove dead branches/stubs back to live growing points; - Some live branches are also subsiding and protruding from crown. Reduce these faulted limbs/stems by up to 1.5m to improve appearance and minimise risk of failure. T12 - Saucer Magnolia on front boundary with upper crown heavily impinging on daylight to lower and upper windows on right hand frontage. Tree has been previously pollarded with established regrowth: - Re-pollard crown to previous points. This species generally responds well to heavy pruning and should re-grow to current proportions in approximately five years. T11 - Pissards plum on rear right hand boundary; small basal clefts with emergent fungal fruiting bodies (most likely Honey Fungus) indicate active decay which can progress rapidly and kill the tree: - Fell to as close to ground level as possible. T10 - Saucer Magnolia on rear right hand boundary originating in neighbour's garden which has been previously pollarded with crown overhanging 4 Franklin Passage: - Reduce to fence height to mitigate potential adverse effects of encroachment.
