Permission is politely requested to allow work to be completed on a large birch tree in the rear garden of Greytrees, Wellfeild Lane. Specifically, the following works: - Height reduction of 1 x large birch tree by ~ 30% of overall height - Thinning of lower branches of 1 x large birch tree The tree is located very close to Sallymount (neighbouring property of Greytrees were the tree originates). The proximity to Sallymont can be see on the attached image (the bottom left of the attached image shows the trees proximity to Sallymont). The owner of Sallymont is concerned with the amount the tree is moving in recent storms and would like the above work completing to reduce the risk of any damage being done to the property in future storms. Importantly, permission has been granted by the new owners of Greytrees for work to be completed on the birch tree.
