1x Mature Poplar reduce to ground level. Multiple residents on the street believe that this tree has become too large for the area in which it is situated. The issues that have been cited are as follows - excessive shading, excessive branch and leaf drop, damage to adjacent pathways (see attached photos), a number of years ago the tree roots were deemed responsible for damage to underground services running through the root area which resulted in replacements of cables and pruning of the roots to allow reinstallation. The homeowner and residents would be happy to replant another native deciduous tree as a replacement.
