Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(England) Order 2015 - To replace the white UPVC windows and french doors with similar white upvc items but with a georgian cross pattern (to windows only) to match the windows in the house opposite. During the process of window replacement, to the side window overlooking an open field I propose to change the existing bedroom window to french doors thus forming a new Juliet balcony. Once the windows have been replace I may consider rendering the existing brickwork. I want to improve the thermal efficiency of my property and update it. Also, I want to improve security as the current windows are approx 20 years old.
