Bird Cherry (T1) - remove because of threat of major heavy branches to neighbours building which they have complained about and is causing them significant anxiety especially during strong winds but also because of the lean of the tree at 30 degrees toward the light ... and because of the unsustainable expense of maintaining it annually (?200-500).Replant with 2 others trees within 6 metres (one a mature tree) plus 2 others in same garden.

Description:
Goat/Grey willow. Applying to remove this tree because 1/ I have been advised it will bring the neighbours wall down and it looks like it will 2/ I am concerned it is too close to our cottage and could come down on it with bad consequences. It already 'settled' once in strong wind: the tree came forward and a root appeared above the surface but it stayed and I put stone under to support it. However it has grown a pace and is getting very large so close to the relatively fragile house (wattle-and-daub on timber frame circa 17th century) 2/ I have had complaints from several neighbours about the catkins in summer causing issues with their cars (it is growing over a car park shared by several houses and cutting the tree in half to avoid any of the branches going over the car park would be unnatural and non-sustainable (probably also ineffective as catkins fly). ..Additional note received after the submission of the application: I forgot to add on my app that should the wall fall down in a uncontrolled manner pedestrians in the shared car park (shared by 6 houses) are at risk ... can you add a note please its major concern
