T1 Rear Sycamore. Retain tree but manage risk. Client was advised to fell tree due to small rot pockets at historic pollard points but I advised against removing but to crown reduce height by up to 4 meters and to reduce lateral spread by up to 2 meters and remove dead/ crossing branches to risk manage but to retain a healthy tree. ( photos attached) are of the small rot pockets and various other photos showing my proposed reduction points. Tree close to various neighbours fences and shed.
