Oak - stands behind railings which border my drive. Stands in a strip of land 2m wide known as a 'ransom strip' - land owned by unknown. Branches have fallen on myself and wife - minor injuries. Apparently owner left country - used to manage Dudley 200 - untraceable now. My family (I am 89 and frail) are very concerned about potential for further damage to me, my wife and property if branches fall. Tree overhangs significantly onto my drive, garage, property. Tree Officer (now left) Mr Bucklitch (BDC) advised on a visit that tree needs reduction (see your records)
