Sale history
£300,000 on Aug 2024

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Tree T1 Beech- fell and remove due to the presence of the fungus Ganoderma applanatum leading to white-rot which is evident. Although the tensile strength may remain for some time, the decay can result in mechanical failure. The tree has a top height of 18mts and located within 9mts of the B6277. Tree T2 Sycamore - is a healthy mature tree which will fill the gap created by the removal of tree T1. Tree T3 Ash- reduce the crown back to the stem to create a 8mt high standing deadwood. The stem has a cavity 900mm deep at the base which tapers and extends for 6mts up the stem to where a large limb has recently broken away. With a top height of 22mts the tree is too close to the property to retain in it's current form. Tree T4 Elder - remove due to a misshapen form with extensive decay in the base. Fallen beech - clear the stem and branch wood of a recently wind blown beech. Root system weakened by the presence of Giant polypore. Replacement planting with 3no. Heavy Standard root balled native broadleaved trees in a suitable location within the woodland copse, to include supports and guards. - Section 211 notice.
