Property data
- Sale history
-
£300,000 on Aug 2024
*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Although the tensile strength may remain for some time, the decay can result in mechanical failure. The tree has a top height of 18mts and located within 9mts of the B6277. Tree T2 Sycamore - is a healthy mature tree which will fill the gap created by the removal of tree T1. Tree T3 Ash- reduce the crown back to the stem to create a 8mt high standing deadwood. The stem has a cavity 900mm deep at the base which tapers and extends for 6mts up the stem to where a large limb has recently broken away. With a top height of 22mts the tree is too close to the property to retain in it's current form. Tree T4 Elder - remove due to a misshapen form with extensive decay in the base. Fallen beech - clear the stem and branch wood of a recently wind blown beech. Root system weakened by the presence of Giant polypore. Replacement planting with 3no. Heavy Standard root balled native broadleaved trees in a suitable location within the woodland copse, to include supports and guards. - Section 211 notice.
