This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Description:
- Lime Tree (TPO 91E). Fell Lime tree for the following reasons: replant required of 1 x Mountain Ash as a 6-8ft standard in a similar location. - Damage to drains under driveway from roots- have asked CCTV company for copy of their report and DVD evidence. - Trip hazard- the pavement in front of the lime tree is being damaged by root growth. This has created an uneven pavement which is a trip hazard for pedestrians. As we have informed the council of this then they would be liable for any legal actions from road users - Damage to front wall and original driveway entrance- see building surveyor report- attached. Tree growth is pushing the front wall over (lime side) and surveyor recommended it should be removed. This wall will need to be taken down as the builder says there has been damage to its foundations but will be re-laid straight once tree has been removed. It is also damaging the original stone entrance pillar which is now not level. - Excessive shade- 2 very large trees in a small front garden- this is effecting light quality inside the home - Next doors driveway- I have multiple complaints from my neighbours as the tree roots are damaging their driveway. They wish to have the driveway block paved but can not do so until the roots have been dealt with. They have also tripped over their un-level driveway. The neighbours (both sides) are supporting my application and I can include a letter from them if it would be helpful. - Damage to side porch. Surveyor has advised tree roots are damaging the porch shallow foundations. They have advised keeping tree growth to a minimum as the porch is at risk of collapse. See report

- Description:
- 2 trees in front garden. To the left a silver birch: pruning approx 3m off height for general maintenance. On a right a lime tree- fell. Reasons: excessive shade, too large for garden, obstructing use of driveway, covered with ivy which is suffocating bedding plants and produces a sticky sap which covers my car and the neighbours. HAR/CA10 TPO 91E.

- Description:
- 2 trees in front garden- 2 silver birches I think. Both need pruning to remove low lying branches which make using the driveway difficult. 2nd tree is also covered in ivy so i would like to remove all the ivy from the tree- this is spreading to other bedding plants and suffocating them. HAR/CA10, TPO 91E.
