- We wish to build a drive way at the front of the property, inline with/ the same as the other bungalows around the property. I am diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and it will aid my access and mobility . Outside the property on the front, there used to be a tree (this is still shown on google maps) The tree was deemed unsafe by the council and has been cut down by the council. The council has left the stump and the concreate/ grass around it has lifted. This needs fixing, we are happy to consider removing the stump, if the planning permission is agreed.
