Sale history
£475,000 on Mar 2025

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Address:
10 Woodland Hills Madeley Crewe Cheshire
Description:
Small cedar very close to south west corner of house: Proposed work is to prune to clear roof and gutter by pruning back to origin the lowest lateral, and the smaller lateral arising just below the main bifurcation. Reason is to prevent tree from hitting roof and gutter, also to allow more light into rear window. See photos. Large oak to south west of property, overhanging roof and over the cedar: Proposed work is to prune to give 2.5 metres clearance from roof and chimney flu. This is to prevent is hanging lower onto the roof when in leaf and to allow the chimney and roof to have better airflow. See photos. Leaning maple next to north west corner of house: Permission is requested to fell this tree. It, appears to have have a partial root plate failure previously, which has stabilised. However, the tree is now touching the house and windows in places and would need heavy pruning to keep this under control. Given the proximity to the house, and the fact there is an oak immediately behind it, it seems more appropriate to remove the maple. See photos.
