*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Description:
Christmas tree - south rear garden boundary of No 24, adjacent rear garden of 18b - fell the tree because of excessive shading and low amenity value. Its removal will allow me to plant a hedge to mark the boundary. The house I live in is one of 3 that were constructed in the late 1980s. My wife and I bought it new in 1990. the 3 houses were constructed on the old school playing field, and there had been a hedge marking the boundary with number 24. The builders who constructed the house removed the hedge and replaced it with a fence. Personally, I think that was an act of vandalism, and, at the time, the owners of No. 24 thought likewise. I want to put a hedge back, and the removal of this tree will facilitate this.
