Description:
Copper Beech (#1 on sketch) - Tree to be felled and removed. Trunk of tree is only 4 metres from the back of property. On a regular basis branches fall on to property. If a large branch were to fall, it would risk severe damage to the flat roof extension of the property. If tree was to fall, there would be a risk it would demolish the house completely. There is evidence of roots causing raising and subsidence to the garden and paths.Fir Tree (#2 on sketch) - Tree to be felled and removed. The tree is close to boundary with the next door dwelling. Tree is 5 metres from front of our property and 1 metre from the side of the property next door. The tree roots have caused considerable raising of the footpath near the back door of the property next door. This is causing a risk of tripping and falling for the neighbour. The phone wires for our house and another property run through the middle of the foliage of the tree, risking damage to the wires, and loss of service.
