Description:
Works to Horse Chestnut tree protected by a TPO. The tree is in number 26 and I live at number 30 so the huge tree is spanning 3 gardens and is higher than the roof tops of the houses and it is causing damage to my property and preventing me from the enjoyment of my garden. I require the owner of the tree to prune the tree so that the tree branches do not overhang into my garden and the debris from the trees do not enter into my garden and become a nuisance. The tree is far too big to be in a residential area and I do fear that the tree will cause more damage due to climate control. There are lots of these types of trees in the near park that our gardens back onto so I do not understand why such an enormous tree should be allowed to grow in a residential garden. I have also attached a picture of the tree and I would would expect that a few of the branches which overhang my garden will be required to be removed. The branches to be removed could measure a couple of metres, but the tree is so high, I cannot determine how long each of the branches are.
