To Fell one Sycamore Tree at Rear of Sunnybank, Tree inspected by Mr Tim Williams 15/05/2014, Agreed Tree had passed its Maturity and was starting to Die Back. Understood my concerns regarding safety and has no objections to Felling Tree. I do not consider it necessary to replant a tree as the situation of The Sycamore is not suitable for a Tree, it must have self-seeded at source point years ago. It leans towards the Lake and Cottages opposite. I have looked after the tree over the last 12 years but now feel with the unpredictable weather etc. it has become unsafe and has become a worry and concern to me.
