Description:
Oak Tree (T2) - this tree is situated close to our property and the re-growth since the last thinning in 2013 has resulted in the branches now almost reaching the property again. I would like to seek consent to the overall removal of the epicormic growth (stem and branch feathers) and the trimming of branch ends in the higher and middle canopy to maintain a clearance from the house. An estimation of the thinning to be no more than 10-15%.We regularly maintain this trees growth circa every 4 years due to previous subsidence issues we have encountered but that have not been experienced since we undertook this regular maintenance.
