Description:: T1 robinia, fell. The tree has been showing signs of decline over the last couple of years and now has a large amount of dieback in its crown. The tree has also begun to lose larger limbs. The owner of the tree was made aware of one such limb resting in the upper canopy by a council member in February. This failed branch was removed but due to the poor condition of the tree and close proximity to the road it continues to be of concern and therefore now needs to be removed.T2 hawthorn. Reduce by around 3 meters, the tree is carrying a large amount of deadwood in its upper crown and is over hanging the pavement and road. Reduction in height and removal of said deadwood would help make the tree safe.T3 Cherry, Fell. Fell, the tree is situated next to a tall wall which is a boundary between 47 carwood rd and a car park belonging to arden court residential flats.It has been noted by residents and management company that the trees root system is causing structural problems to the boundary wall which now requires work to make safe (residents structural report accompanies this application) The owner of the tree recognises the need for the tree to be removed so that work can begin on the demed unsafe wall and the need for this to happen before the problem becomes a larger issue.
